NW Common Grounds is currently in the planning and development stage and is not yet open. This website is provided for general information about the proposed project. Content on this site is not an offer, a contract, a promise of any particular service, feature, location, rate, or opening date, and it should not be relied upon as a representation of what will actually be built or offered.
Joining the waitlist is free and does not create a reservation, rental agreement, contract, or guarantee of availability, pricing, location, opening date, preferred dates, or site selection. Waitlist order may be considered when reservations become available, but placement on the list does not guarantee priority. No payment is required to join.
The information on this website is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Plans are subject to property acquisition, financing, permits, zoning, environmental review, regulatory approval, construction, and other requirements, and may change. Nothing on this website guarantees that any particular location, feature, service, or opening date will become available.

Submitting an inquiry or joining the waitlist does not create an obligation on either side.
